SEO Training Free online course (Organic Search Engine Optimization).

Welcome! I’m PUMPED to have you here.

If you’re looking for a repeatable, step-by-step system for generating more
high-quality traffic using SEO, then you’ve come to the right place.

Organic SEO Fuel is the proven blueprint that I’ve used — and dozens of
students have used — to generate higher rankings and more traffic.

But before we get into the core training starting with Module 1, it’s important
that everyone is on the same page.

And that’s what this module is all about.

With that, let’s jump right.

Over the last few years there’s been a HUGE shift in the way SEO works.

Keep in mind: these aren’t minor tweaks.

I’m talking about fundamental changes in the way Google ranks sites.
This means that a lot of old so-called “truths” about SEO simply don’t apply

Many people caught onto this shift and reaped massive rewards.
The people that tweaked their approach to adapt to this New World of SEO
are sitting pretty the top of Google’s first page.

And these first page rankings now fuel their online business.

Jason runs a voice over business where he provides voice talent for
commercials, radio spots and explainer videos.

Before discovering the new world of SEO, Jason was creating content for
other voice over talents.

As Jason puts it:
“I started a blog before signing up for Organic SEO Fuel and researched other
voice talent blogs to see what was being talked about. I had a few initial
topics in mind.”

Things like “tips for using audio recording software”, featuring recently
completed projects, and studio equipment product reviews.

After publishing those ideas, nothing happened. No increase in traffic. I knew
I was still missing something. This is when I started Organic SEO Fuel.“

Using the Organic SEO Fuel System, Jason created and promoted piece of content that’s
generated backlinks from more than 80 different domains including links
from authority sites like Penn State University and

Now let’s look at Sumitha.

When she first started her blog, Sumitha was practicing the old world of SEO
to a “T”.

As she puts it:
“My approach was to publish a new post each Monday and do some
outreach until next Monday and move on to the next article. It wasn’t very

How to do seo

How web trafic ranking work

After taking Organic SEO Fuel, she decided to give the new world of SEO a shot.
Her first Power Page, which you’ll start on in Module 1, was a huge success.

Her Power Page received :

  • -11,923 unique pageviews
  • -2.1K FB likes
  • -2 highly relevant, authoritative backlinks (DA 86 and 54)
  • – A mention + link from Fox 6 Now morning show

If you’re already having a lot of success with SEO, you’ve also come to the
right place.

In Organic SEO Fuel you’ll get access to a new set of advanced tools and strategies that
you can use to take your game to the next level.

For example, Freddie Chatt is an in-house SEO at the ecommerce store,

Even though Freddie is an experienced SEO veteran, Organic SEO Fuel helped
him take his success to another level.

A few weeks after enrolling in Organic SEO Fuel, Freddie posted this in the Facebook
As you can see, Freddie boosted traffic to a section of his eccomerce site
from 5000 to 35000 visitors.

Not bad.

And this course I’m going to show you EXACTLY these Organic SEO Fuel
graduates did it and how you can do the same thing…step-by-step.

To give you an idea of how the course is structured, here’s the Organic SEO Fuel course

As you can see, Organic SEO Fuel is composed of 4 core modules.
In Module 1 you’ll:

  1. Learn how to identify the Linkreators in your industry
  2. Find a topic for your first Power Page
  3. Uncover a Medium Tail Keyword for your Power Page

Then in Module 2, you’ll learn:

  1. How to package your Linkreator-focused topic into one of seven Power
    Page content frameworks
  2. How to include scientifically-backed “Share Triggers” in your content.
  3. How to use the ELP, The Hero Formula and other Content Frameworks to
    quickly generate traffic and backlinks.

Once you have a Power Page that appeals to the linkreators, it’s time to
promote it. In Module 3 I’ll teach you:

  1. How to promote your content using my Content Amplification method.
  2. More than 6 content promotion and white hat link building strategies,
including word-for-word email outreach scripts and step-by-step processes.
  3. Renovation Link Building: my #1 go-to link building strategy.

At this point you’ll start to see a serious difference in your rankings and

Finally, it’s time for SEO Energizers, which are advanced on and off-page SEO
strategies that bring in more results FAST. In Module 4 I’ll teach you:

  1. How to quickly boost your rankings with The WAG Technique
  2. The secret to getting big name bloggers to write about your products and
  3. Advanced on-page SEO strategies that I use to optimize content

Ok, so what hat is this new world of SEO and old world of SEO stuff that I’m
talking about?

Let me explain with an example:

A few months ago I got an email from my reader, Frank.
The email said:

Hey ,
I’m struggling with SEO.
I follow all of the “best practices” from SEO experts. I keep my site fresh and
updated with quality content. I use schema markup on my pages.
I even share my content on Twitter and Facebook. But it seems that no
matter what I try, my competitors rank above me (even though my content is
clearly better than theirs).

Maybe this sounds familiar.

Even though Frank’s heart is in the right place and he’s clearly working hard,
his approach simply isn’t effective anymore.

Unfortunately, if Frank continues on this path of old world SEO, he’s not likely
to stay in business for much longer.

So what is the old world of SEO?

The old world of SEO:

  • – Focuses on publishing regularly
  • – Underestimates content promotion
  • – Relies on “great content”

A few years ago, this approach worked pretty well.

After all, Google fell in love with blogs that updated all the time.
And people went crazy over sites that published something new every day or

And if the content was actually good?

That was even better!

But over time, a regularly updated site — even one that pushed out quality
content — became a commodity.

It became a commodity in the eyes of readers…but also in the eyes of

With only 10 spots on the first page — and thousands of sites vying for those
spots — overused strategies like “publishing quality content” and “updating
your site on a regular basis” quickly became obsolete.

So, you’re probably asking yourself:
“If publishing quality content on a regular basis doesn’t work. What does?”

Well that’s the new world of SEO that I mentioned earlier.

The new world of SEO is very different because it’s based on a solid
foundation of:

  • Linkreators
  • Proven Content Frameworks
  • Content promotion and link building
  • SEO Energizers

Don’t worry if you’re not sure what all this means right now. I’m going to go
over all of this in detail later in Organic SEO Fuel.
Before we can dive into how you can grow your business with the new world
of SEO, we need to contrast the old and new world of SEO with a quick

When I started my first blog in 2015 (about car), I religiously followed
the old world of SEO advice that I read online.
Even though this was many years ago, the old world of SEO was already on
it’s way out.

With this car blog, I followed advice that I read on blogs and forums
written by so-called “SEO experts”.

I made sure to update my site least one per week — and in some stretches
when I really wanted to get higher rankings — I’d publish every day.
I also didn’t do any content promotion.

All the so-called SEO experts told me that all I needed to do is “publish great
content” and I’d get “natural links”.

So I just published…and prayed.

Instead of promotion, I focused on making sure everything I published was
good. In fact, in my opinion, my content was clearly better than most of the
sites ranking above me.

After months of wasting time with this approach with nothing to show for it
but a few visitors here and there, I threw in the towel.

Fast forward to 2017, when I started Organic Seo Fuel.

This is where I started to really align my efforts with the new world of SEO.
Instead of publishing on a regular basis, I published monthly…
…and made sure my content was based on proven content frameworks.

(I’ll go over the 7 proven content frameworks I use — and how you can
leverage these on your site — in Module 2)

Instead of the “publish and pray” approach, I promoted everything using
tested link building and content promotion strategies, which is the focus of
Module 3.

Instead of HOPING that people would share and link to my site, I tapped into
scientifically-backed Share Triggers.

I’ll tell you more about Share Triggers starting in Module 2.

And this new world SEO approach led to this traffic increase in my first year:

Fortunately, this kind of success isn’t reserved to blogs in the SEO or
marketing world. I already showed you three examples of Organic SEO Fuel graduates in industries outside
of mainstream niches like fitness or business.
And that included Freddie, who is in the very competitive ecommerce space.
But like I said, these Organic SEO Fuel graduates are far from alone.

We have successful graduates from over 45 different industries including
fitness, construction, interior design, excel spreadsheets, and more.

For example, Organic SEO Fuel graduate Biller Dinker runs marketing at a drug rehab
center called Discovery Place.

Obviously, this is far from an interesting niche. And it’s an industry that’s
really hard to build links in.
However, Bill decided to give the New World of SEO a shot.

When I asked Bill about his experience with SEO, he told me…

“My biggest struggle was creating quality links. As a small organization with
a small budget in a highly competitive space, I felt left in the dust by my
opponents who engaged large SEO agencies.
Organic SEO Fuel gave me the roadmap to success by showing exactly, step by step, how
great content is constructed and great outreach executed.”

Here’s a screenshot of Bill’s Google Analytics.
Bill went on to say:

“Through strategies learned in Organic SEO Fuel, our web traffic has soared through the
roof. I literally have more business now than I can handle, and as a result, had
to reorganize my entire department to accommodate the influx.”

Of course, I can’t guarantee that you’ll have the same experience.
But I’m confident that if you embrace the new world of SEO, you’ll never look back.

Because the new world of SEO can give you exactly what you want:

  • Content that gets shared, talked about…and even goes viral.
  • A site that consistently moves up in Google
  • High quality organic traffic that rolls in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If that sounds like something that could help grow your business, then you
made a smart decision to invest in Organic SEO Fuel.

And in the next chapter we’re going to drill down into the new world of
SEO…and show you how you can leverage it to grow your business using the
Organic SEO Fuel system.

How to get more trafic to your website

In the last chapter you got a quick overview of why the old world of SEO isn’t
effective anymore.

You also saw a few examples of how the New World of SEO works
significantly better.

And in this chapter I’m going to walk you through the common “old world SEO
mistakes” that hold people back from success with SEO…and how you can
avoid them.

That way, when you get into the meat of the training in Module 1, you’ll be
primed for success.

As a quick refresher, the old world of SEO:

  • – Focuses on publishing regularly
  • – Underestimates content promotion
  • – Relies on “great content”

On the other hand, the approach to SEO that works today — the new world of
SEO — has a foundation of.

  • – Linkreators
  • – Proven Content Frameworks
  • – Content promotion and link building
  • – SEO Energizers

I’ll cover what all of these new world SEO approaches mean in the next chapter.

But in this lesson I need to go over 4 HUGE old world SEO mistakes that hold people back from success.

Because once you overcome these 4 mistakes, you’re well on your way to
embracing the new — and significantly more effective — world of SEO.

So let’s jump right into mistake #1:

Old World SEO Mistakes

#1: Publishing too often

I’m going to put this as simply as I can:

Publishing on a regular basis has ZERO affect on your rankings. Zero.

The fact is, Google doesn’t give regularly updated sites any special treatment. In fact, as I’ll reveal in Module 1, keeping your site freshly updated with content can actually hurt your SEO efforts.

As I mentioned in the last lesson, Google stopped giving regularly-updated
sites a boost several years ago. Today, they simply want to show their users
the BEST result.

If it’s from a site that hasn’t updated in 2 years, so be it.

Let me illustrate this with an example:

A while back I got super busy on huge piece of content for

Anyway, I didn’t have time to publish anything for over 2-months.

Most so-called SEO experts would say that I was making a big mistake. They’d tell me that Google would start pushing “fresh content” ahead of me
on the first page.

Well, here’s what actually happened to my organic search engine traffic over
that 2-month period.

Not only did it not drop…it went up by 24%!

How is this possible?

It’s because I spent that time working on my Content Framework — and more
important than that — promoting the content I already had on my site using
strategies that I’ll teach you in Module 3 of Organic SEO Fuel.

Another fact that might surprise you.

As you may know, I only publish a new blog post at every 4-6 weeks.

And because of this “quality over quantity” publishing schedule, only has 31 total posts published on it.
Even though I only have 31 total posts, brings in over 100,000 visitors month…most of which comes from first page Google rankings.

Now you might be wondering: is there any HARM in publishing on a regular

Actually, there is.

The fact is: content promotion and link building takes time. And unless you
set aside time specifically for content promotion, it’s going to be difficult for
you to make it a priority.

And one of the easiest ways to make more time for content promotion is to
STOP writing and publishing all the time.

As I just showed you, it doesn’t help with SEO… …and it robs you of the time
you need to promote the great content you already have sitting on your site.

Instead, focus on publishing content based on proven content
frameworks…and promoting that content.

I’ll show you exactly how to do that in Organic SEO Fuel.

OK, let’s go onto our next mistake:

#2: Focusing on long tail keywords.

Long tail keywords used to work great. Just put up 100 articles about the
same topic and rank each of them for a different long tail keyword.

Unfortunately, that approach doesn’t work anymore.

Google’s Panda update was the first nail in the long tail keyword coffin.

Panda made something very clear: Google doesn’t want to show their users
huge, long-tail focused sites like Ehow and Ezine Articles.

They want to show their users world class quality content.

I learned this the hard way.

In 2011 I wrote for a site called They were owned by the
same company that owns and runs Ehow.

And their entire approach was to write long tail keyword-focused content.

For example, I’d write one article optimized around the keyword “fat burning
foods”. Then I’d immediately move onto another article. This one would be
optimized around a keyword like “foods that burn fat”.

And the content for both articles was almost exactly the same.

That worked well for until one day Google wiped them out with
Google Panda. A few months later they laid off their entire team of writers,
including me.

This ended up being a blessing in disguise because it forced me to get
serious about running lots and lots of SEO experiments.

But Panda isn’t the only issue with the long tail keyword approach.

Semantic search (also known as Google hummingbird) — where Google can
figure out the intent behind a keyword — was the last nail in the long tail
keyword coffin.

Today Google considers long tail keywords like “fat burning foods” and
“foods that burn fat” the exact same keyword.

That means that the long tail approach is largely obsolete.

The Organic SEO Fuel system focuses on Medium tail keywords. I’ll go over the why and
how of medium tail keywords in Module 1.

Next mistake:

#3: Not proactively building links.

I get it:

I get how appealing so-called “natural backlinks” can be.

And hey, as I told you in the last chapter, I gave this approach a shot with my car blog.

Unfortunately, as nice as “natural links” sound in a blog post or on stage at a
conference, they simply don’t happen very often in the real world.

In fact, according to WordPress, there are over 2 million blog posts published every day.

With so much content already out there, you have a better chance of winning
the lottery than getting natural links.

Bottom line: If you want to get higher rankings and more traffic, you need to
build content designed to maximize shares — and more importantly -promote that content.

I’ll cover this step-by-step in Module 3.

#4: On-page SEO is enough.

I can’t tell you how many times per month I get emails like this:

Look: I get how important on-page SEO is.

But in Organic SEO Fuel I’m not going to waste your time with basic SEO techniques like optimizing your title tags. The simple reason is that you already know how to do that.

But more importantly, so does everyone else.

Remember: for every keyword there are thousands of results and only 10
spots on the first page.

Optimizing your title tags only gives you a ticket to entry. To win the race, you need content promotion and link building, which I’ll show you EXACTLY how to do in Module 3.

OK, those are the 4 “old world” SEO mistakes that hold people back from

And in the next chapter you’re going to learn about The New World of SEO.

Organic Seo course to get more trafic

In the last chapter you saw how the 4 common old world SEO mistakes hold
many people back from the rankings and traffic that they deserve.

To recap those 4 mistakes were:

  • -Publishing too often
  • -Focusing on long tail keywords
  • -Not proactively building links
  • -Overreliance on on-page SEO

And in chapter I’m going to show you how the new world of SEO works…and
why it works so well.

In sharp contrast to the old world of SEO, here’s what the new world of SEO
looks like:

  • – Linkreators
  • – Proven Content Frameworks
  • – Content promotion and link building
  • – SEO Energizers

Let’s break these down.

First, you’ll need to identify the Linkreators. These are people that have the
ability to share and link to your content.

You see, most people make the mistake of creating content for the wrong
audience. Or worse yet, creating content for no audience at all.

And it kills their chances of ever having success with content marketing or

But when you create content aimed squarely at the people with the power to
share your content — the Linkreators — you’ll notice that your shares, traffic
and links increase significantly.

I’ll show exactly how to find Linkreators in Module 1.

Next, it’s time to create content that generates backlinks, social shares and
word of mouth for you and your business.

Unfortunately, many marketers focus on creating “great content”.
And hey, I’m not going to knock great content. It is, well….great.

But the sad reality is this:

There are over 2 million blog posts published everyday. And the odds of your
content standing out — even if it’s spectacular — is close to zero.

That is, unless you leverage proven content frameworks.

Proven content frameworks take the guesswork out of the equation.

So if you’ve ever wondered,

“I know that I need to write great content, but I
don’t know how”

then you’ll love these proven content Frameworks.

Because my content frameworks are my “plug and play” formulas for
creating content that generates social shares, traffic, and backlinks.

Content frameworks are unique because they tap into scientifically-backed
Share Triggers.

Share Triggers are simply things you include in your content that flip
switches in people’s brains…switches that tell them “you should share this”.

Even though there’s a lot of research on the science of social sharing out
there, the tricky part is using this research in the real world.

And after years of testing I’ve figured out exactly how to leverage these
principles to get more shares from my content.

And my 7 Content Frameworks have Share Triggers built right into them.

Now these shares can come in the form of a Facebook like or a tweet. But for
our purposes, we’re going to focus on backlinks because that what actually
moves your site up in the rankings.

In other words, when you include Share Triggers in your content, people are
significantly more likely to share and link to your stuff.

I’ll show you how exactly how to create highly-shareable content — step-bystep — in Module 2.

But even when you publish content built on a proven Content Framework,
simply publishing isn’t enough.

Like I just mentioned, there are 2 million blog posts published everyday.
Which means you can’t just reply on the “publish and pray approach”.
For your content to stand out and generate backlinks, you need to
strategically promote it.

That’s where Module 3 of the Organic SEO Fuel system comes in.

You probably already know about the “why” of content promotion. In Module 3 you learn the step-by-step “how”.

Specifically I’ll show you my tested content promotion and link building
strategies — like Renovation Link Building and Content Curator Outreach — to generate white hat backlinks at scale.

Once you have this foundation running like a well oiled machine, it’s time to
add some rocket fuel.

That’s what Module 4 is all about.

In Module 4 you’ll get access to my list of SEO Energizers. These are
advanced on and off-page SEO strategies that get you results quickly.

And after you complete the training you’ll have a complete SEO blueprint that
you can use to get higher rankings and more traffic.

So now you understand the big differences between the old world of SEO and the new world of SEO.

You also understand a little bit about why new world of SEO works so well.

And the new world of SEO is what the Organic SEO Fuel system is all about.

Yes, it takes work.

But if you’re willing to put in the work, I can’t see any reason why these
proven strategies won’t help you grow your business.

Now I want you to read the next chapter.
Especially if you’re wondering:

“This sounds great, but I’m not sure how to use this approach for my

Because in the next chapter I’m going to show you how to take this new world SEO approach that we talked about…

…and apply it to you and your business.

This is where we start diving into your unique situation, with a framework for you to define your current SEO process and set your SEO goals.

It’s the beginning of seeing real changes in your results.

Let’s do SEO strategy!

Hey, what’s up? Welcome to the final lesson in this introductory Module.

To recap, this module was all about showing you the HUGE difference
between the old world of SEO and new world of SEO…

…and why the old world of SEO prevents people from achieving the success
they deserve their hard work.

You also learned why the new world of SEO is significantly more powerful
and effective.

That way, when we get into the meat of the training in Module1, you’ll be good to go.

We also drilled down into the 4 deadly old world SEO mistakes.

Once you’ve gotten past these old world SEO mistakes, you’re ready to tap
into the Organic Seo Fuel system.

The only question is:

What will you get when you finish this course?

To put it simply:

  1. You’ll have a complete step-by-step action plan to higher rankings and
    more traffic.
  2. You’ll generate more leads, sales, customers and revenue.
  3. You’ll have more time, freedom and flexibility.

Let me explain:

Unlike trying to learn SEO from blog posts, infographics and youtube videos,Organic SEO Fuel is a comprehensive, step-by-step system.

And it’s a system that you can scale.

You literally get all the tools, techniques and tactics you need to get higher
rankings and more traffic for your site.

Or as Organic SEO Fuel graduate Piter Frencis puts it:

“The strength of Organic SEO Fuel is that it provides proven, explicit steps to increase
rankings and traffic while removing the guesswork associated with building
authoritative links.”

And as you may expect, when you rank for keywords that your customers
search for everyday, you generate significantly more leads, customers and
sales for your business.

Organic SEO Fuel graduate Robert Whitehead illustrates this benefit best:

“Through strategies learned in Organic SEO Fuel, our web traffic has soared through the
roof. I literally have more business now than I can handle, and as a result, had
to reorganize my entire department to accommodate the influx.”

Because these sales come via SEO, you don’t have to pound the pavement
for every client or customer that comes through the door.

They come to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

That’s the great thing about SEO…traffic comes in on autopilot.

That gives you more time and flexibility to do the things you love.

You can use that time to spend more time with your kids or even take a ski
trip to Japan or sit on a beach in Tahiti.

But these are just examples.

Right now I want to turn it over to you.

In Module 1 we’ll get into super-detailed processes that delve into link
building, content development and promotion.

But right now there’s something much more important that we have to go

And that’s setting your personal goals for this course.

That’s what the worksheet for this lesson is all about.

First, I want you to take a second and write down your current SEO process.

What does it look like?

What works well? What doesn’t?

Where are you lost or frustrated?

Next, I’d like you to jot down a few specific outcomes that you want to get out of Organic SEO Fuel.

Do you want to get more traffic?

Are you looking for a repeatable, step-by-step process?

Do you want more leads and sales coming in month after month?

Your goals don’t have to be super accurate, so don’t worry if you’re not sure
about what goals you want to set.

But try and make them as specific as you can.

For example, if you want more traffic…how much more traffic?

10 new visitors per day? 100 new visitors per day?

Again, don’t sweat the numbers too much. Just put something down that
feels right for you.

Finally, take a second to imagine the impact that achieving these goals wouldhave on your life and business.

Would you spend more quality time with your kids?

Would you take a month off and travel Europe?

Or would you ramp up your business and take it to the next level?

Write down your answers in the worksheet below this chapter.

Once again, welcome to Organic Seo Fuel. We’ve got a lot of training to cover
over the next few weeks.

And in the next lesson, we’re going to get into the nitty gritty.

Specifically we’re going to dive into finding your Linkreators — the people in
your niche that will share and link to your content.

You’ll also gets started on your first Power Page — a piece of content built to
attract social shares and links like a magnet.

But for right now, make sure you fill out the worksheet below this chapter.
I hope you’re excited to get started.
And I’ll see you in Training 1 Content Strategy.
